Scientists found the center thar determines the tendency to violence in the brain.In the experiment on the mice ,aggressive behaviors were controlled by placing the device in the center.
Research, supported by America Mental Health Institue published in Nature Neuroscience magazine. Researchers at the Neuroscience and Psychiatry Department of the New York University Faculty examined the brain waves of mice attacking the weak by experimenting with mice in the lab.Researchers found that this was a center that determined this tendency in the brains of violence -prone mice,found that the center was located in the hypothalamus region which provides the connection between the central nervous system and the endocrine system.
Researchers managed to control aggressive behavior by placing a tiny device at this center of the brains of the violence-prone mice. Dayu Lin ,managing director of the study, said " we also think that aggressive behavior is managed by the same center in humans." In order to correct behaviors such as violence, sexual aggression and bullying, the hypothalamus region needs to be examined in much more detail.
