'Van Cats' implanted with chips to main bloodline.

The Turkish Van Cat is known as a very social, extremely energetic and active.They want to be with their owners all the time .They like playing a lot. Turkish Van cats seem to have more feelings than most cats. The classic color is white all over. These cats love water and they can swim well. The Van Cats generally have large ears when they are kitten, growing into their ears over time. It is common to find Turkish Van with odd eye colors. That is, one blue and one amber eye. They are very precious cats so a project has started about them. The project, which was started in the center of research and application center of Yüzüncü Yıl University is able to access all the information of the Van Cats thanks to the chip placed  under the skin

On the 31st of January, the government of Romania adopted an Emergency Ordinance that changes the Crime Code, in order to deincriminate the work abuse, if the damage is less than 48 000 US dollars. There were rumors about this ordinance since the government was installed (after the Parliament elections), and people started protesting against it. Through that, in the last night of January, the government adopted the Ordinance, without publicing it on the meeting’s agenda. When people got to know that, a spontaneous protest with thousands of people begun in the front of the Government’s building, in the Victory’s Market. Luckily, there was a 10 days term for the Ordinance to get in effect.

Historical influences on the 2016 presidential election in the USA

     The USA has one of the most convoluted and interesting stories from all continents, combining two populations. The first one was a country that was placed on the ground north of America, which contained Native Americans, which stand on those lands for thousands of years. Through the famous Christopher Columbus, Europeans began to settle over the ocean, the plains and near rivers, full of natural treasures that caused a great interest for our continent neighbours. Initially Europeans formed colonies, especially English colonies which then formed states, and after the formation of states and their unification followed, resulting the USA.

AN UNEXPECTED SHOW.

On our recent trip to Bierun, in Poland, we went on a trip to the Beskidy mountains, quite close to Bierun. We visited Lesny Park, a nice place in the middle of the forest where you can walk amongst animals like fallow deers or some kind of goats and you can even breed them. As well you see some other types of animals in fenced spaces while you go for a walk in the park. 

    

Turkish high school robotics team gets invitation from Stanford after developing device to rescue trapped pup

'Kuyu' ( the well- the dog's name) rescue project was an event that we all followed. The puppy, which fell into a 70 meter deep draw well in Istanbul has been saved by a rescuer team after 10 days.Bahçeşehir  Science and Technology  High School Robotic team members tried to rescue 'Kuyu' with a robotic arm they developed. The process that took up a great deal of space in social media and the visual media revealed the compassion within our society. Impressed by the work of the students ,Stanford University Computer Science Department's Robotics Laboratory Director; 'Oussama Khatib sent a letter to the team,inviting them to visit his lab on the campus in Northern California.

RIP Omsin, The Coin-Eating Turtle

                              Omsin, 25 year-old turtle,who eats the good-luck money in an ornamental pool in Thailand for about 20 years. It was operated and the vets tried to remove the coins from its stomach.. They collected nearly 1000 coins from its stomach. The green turtle named Omsin 'piggy bank'in Thai  lost its life.Afetr then a discussin started on superstitions and animal ptotection in the country. The coins have been thrown into the pond in Thailand over 20 years by people hoping for good luck,but Omsin thought they were food and ate them. The weight of the money was 5 kilograms .However, Omsin didn't fully recovered since surgery. The gap in Omsin's stomach left by the removal of the coins caused its intestine to become strangled, blocking blood flow, the vets said acute infection in the intestine then caused blood infection. After the surgery, omsin went into a coma and passed away.

Scientists grow potatoes under Mars-like conditions in Peru

                       According to internetnewsportal phs.org.scientists working at Nasa and employees  of the international potato center reported that the potato cultivation experiments had been successfully completed on closer conditions at Mars. Nasa's Peruvian astrobiologist Juan Valdivia Silva and Peruvian farmers carried out potato breeding experiments under these conditions,creating maximum similar conditions to the atmosphere, air pressure and soil on Mars inside the Nano suit called Cube Sat.
