On 18th January 2017 in the
region Abruzzo in Italy, in a place already damaged by a great number of earthquakes, after seventy
two hours of heavy snowfall, a mass of snow came away from the Mountain Siella carrying
with it rocks and trees, covering and destroying completely the Rigopiano Hotel
with almost forty people inside.
